* Cookin Date *

On Friday night, me and my love had a cooking date at our house:)

I love to go out for delicious meals sometimes but I love cooking with my love at home as well.

We cooked "Kobe beef Meatballs" & "Garlic Cheesy Bread".

My husband got a great recipe and he cooked Meatballs the most since I'm not very good at cooking for proper meals actually(of course besides Japanese foods though) lol
So I cooked only Garlic Bread :P

This time I used Sandwich's bread from Jimmy John's. I'm actually a big  big fan of their bread
and I was thinking what if we used this bread for Garlic Bread one day?
It was PERFECT!!! Their bread is kind of moist and soft, great texture for garlic bread > <

 Our dog, Tai is watching my cooking. "Mommy are you ok?

Roasted Garlic with Olive oil with some kind of seasonings (This is my husband did..).
Smelled really good!!

 Slightly put olive oil on bread, then butter then roasted garlic!!(I did!!)

 

Put Cheddar&Mozzarella Cheese on top! ( I did!!!)

 Covered with aluminum foil...then put it on the oven!!(I did!!!)

On the other hand, my love was making meatballs.

 Hmm...great size!!! but not equal size....I guess I could have done better for making balls though lol

Put on the pan then pan fried:)

After that he added Caramelized Onion Pasta sauce then simmered a little bit.

At the same time "My Garlic Bread LOL" was done as well:)
PERFECT, isn't it???;)

Such a fan time both we had, we wish we can do this more often from now on!
