Yesterday was totally Japanese day for me:)
WHY???
On Saturday morning, I had a Japanese lesson for these little cute students at the library. They are my new students and they are 5 yrs old & 7 yrs old sisters. I was quite nervous to teach them first since almost all of my students are usually adults. I had some experienced teaching for kids before but not this much young and 2 of them together at the same time.
But such a cutie and wonderful sisters they were, all of us had really fun lesson:)
I can't wait to see them next time!
After that me and my love went to Japanese grocery store where we'd never been before.
When I stepped inside of the store, my eyes were caught this tall guy suddenly.
I wasn't sure if he was THAT GUY that I usually get to see from one of my blog friend's pictures who is her husband but seemed like it was him! then I saw HER(We'd never met before!) so finally I was sure it was my blog friend :D
We talked in a while at the store and we became from blog friends to Real friends!
What a small world, such a great coincident!!! It made me super happy yesterday:)
These are what I got from the store yesterday.
Yomogi manju,Macha Yokan and Hi-Chew.
These are totally my childhood's foods and I LOVE it so very much!!!
Also I got this Macha Mousse from the Japanese Bakery Shop.
Of course it's dessert thing again LOL I guess it's gonna be my afternoon tea's treat today? maybe??
Can't wait to try it!
After we left the store, we stopped by Hawaiian Restaurant.
OMG....this place fed us huge huge amount of foods. I knew Hawaiian foods are very famous for a lot of amount of foods but I didn't expect this much LOL
We stayed there in a while but since this hot weather I got some cold desserts from J bakery and my love got a his lap-top in the car, we decided to go home when we reached half meals..
(Anyways, it was good time for us because we couldn't finish it up all of these dishes!!)
My husband got Beef,Short Ribs, B.B.Q Chicken Combo.
(comes with steamed vegi,2 scoop of rice&1 scoop of macaroni salad)
These pics were taken after already half of amount of the meals were gone!
