 Butter Scotch Mochi Cake (My Husband's Favorite!)

These are so good, I mean my original MOCHI CAKES (plain&green tea) are good, but these are even richer and sweeter so that everyone can enjoy no doubt I guess ;)
According to my husband, his favorite is Butter Scotch but he told me both are really rich and good!
