Yesterday, as soon as I woke up around 5:30 I started to bake Mochi Cake for my customer.
None of my bakery NEVER FROZEN ALWAYS FRESH! so I always bake the day I need to ship.

Finished!!!! Good good, I think I did exactly what I wanted this time also!!yay!!!

After finished baking, I made sweet red beans sauce which I was going to put as a side sauce.
This Macha Taste is originally less sweetness, so if there are some people who likes sweeter I do recommend to put this sauce;) Yum yum!!

Finally, shipping! As soon as my husband came back home from work, I went to the post office and completed shipping! yay!! I hope they don't move my product a lot before it will reach to my customer, please treat carefully><

I hope my very first customer for this cake will like it!!!
